Using this site does not make you a client

We take on work only after we have agreed the scope with you in writing through an engagement letter. Until that letter is signed, we are not acting for you and you should not rely on us to meet any deadline on your behalf.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply in it, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
